Doing it scared!

This is one of my very first posts where I have shown my face. I don’t know why, but it’s so nerve-wracking. I have been in performances in different parts of the country. I have sang in so many churches and halls and wherever else. I have even spent some time on tv, but there is just something about putting yourself out there and letting people see the real you.

Sometimes that is extremely scary and not everyone is going to accept you, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be the person you were created to be. You have giftings, desires, and talents, and just things you love. Why not just be you? There is absolutely NO ONE like you so to quote my mentor Patrice Washington, “Don’t leave this world you-less”.
